Homemade Wheat Tortillas

First let me say this... once you go homemade you will not go back to the store bought ones. Oh my goodness! These bad boys are amazing right off the pan. So tasty!

They are not hard to make and have so much flavor.

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of white whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of oil (I used olive oil)

Easy right? :)

Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixer (a hand or stand mixer works just fine).
Flour the counter top pretty good so the dough doesn't stick to it.
Roll out the dough into a log shape and slice 10 pieces.
Roll each piece into a little ball and flatten with your hand and let rest for about 30 minutes. I used a floured cookie sheet.
After 30 minutes are up, then roll each piece into a tortilla shape and put onto a large frying pan or griddle.
Flip over after a few seconds because you do not want them to get hard.
Enjoy!
